A Profile of the Leaders

　　Mr. Wu Yongkang worked in many famous enterprises such as China International Trade Union Wankelong business management and Beijing Hualian holding group. During his working experience in Beijing Hualian Group, he successively served as the general manager of Beijing Hualian comprehensive supermarket (SSE 361) in East China, North China and Beijing, and the deputy general manager of the Department Store Business Department of Beijing Hualian Commercial Building (SZ 882), and participated in the preparation of xingguangtiandi (now SKP) on behalf of Hualian. Later, he founeded Beijing Tian'an Weiye Business Management Co., Ltd. was established and participated in the preliminary planning, positioning, planning, design and investment promotion of several outlets projects under Outlets (China), including projects on Fangshan, Huzhou, Wanning, Kunshan, Xi'an, Gongqing City, Tieling, Foshan and Linfen. At the same time, he also served in the investment promotion of Beijing Badaling olai, Saite olai, Yansha olai and Huaxiang olai. He has rich experience in the whole process of commercial real estate planning and positioning, commercial planning and design, investment promotion agency, commercial sales, operation management.

　　Mr. Li Guowei has worked for Social Science Architecture Firm、Beijing Lian'an International Architectural Design Co., Ltd、Beijing Hualian Holding Group and many other companies. He is a National first-class registered architect. He devoted himself to market research, planning and design of commercial real estates. He took charge of and participated in Beijing Hua Lian (An zhen)、Beijing Hua Lian Mall (Shang Di)、Beijing Hua Lian Mall（Hui Long Guan)、Capital Land (Wangjing)、Capital Land（Xi Zhi Men)、Beijing SKP、Beijing Holiday life City、Qing Huang dao Vogue Mall and many other projets. He  took charge of planning and design for Fang Shan Capital Outlets、Hu Zhou Capital Outlets、Fo Shan Outlets、Lin Fen Outlets and many other outlets. He has extremely abundant experience in commercial project construction and transformation. He ramained good cooperation and communication with Beijing Architectural Design Institute、Calison Architectural Design Firm、The Jerde Partnership、Woods Bagot and other design firms.
 

　　Mrs Aisin Gioro·Qixuan has worked at Chanel、Rock Records Co., Ltd、IBM、Bank of China、China Construction Bank、Shell Oil Company、Red Bull (China)、ingapore Tourism Board、Lianjia、 China Telecom、Suning Appliance、Sino-Ocean Group、China National Nuclear Corporation and many other large well-known enterprises. She Graduated from Academy of Arts & Design of Tsinghua University and Beijing Institute Of Fashion Technology in advertising design. She engaged in brand curation, advertising planning and visual marketing for nearly 20 years in Beijing and Hong Kong, and has rich experience in brand management.

　　Mrs Wang Hong worked as a senior human resources and administrative senior managers in the Internet, logistics and retail industries. She has 15 years of research and work experience in the field of administration and human resources. She is familiar with full module work of human resources and administrative management. She has profound professional foundation and practical experience in building an efficient and practical administration & human resource management system, and has been committed to promoting the construction of enterprise talent development system and the attempt and exploration of organizational reform and innovation for a long time.
