Deputy secretary Lai Caijian said that practice has proved that “outlets” mode is not only conducive to effectively promote the transformation of economic growth mode, and driving consumption growth and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, but also conducive to promoting employment, coordinating urban and rural development and the coordinated development of regional economy, and improving the regional modernization level; Member Wu Mingxing said that before the visit to Beijing, relevant departments of the municipal party committee and municipal government had done a lot of work, and learned, through media reports and intergovernmental exchanges, that the advanced nature and brand value of the outlets have been approved by industry leaders and experts and scholars at home and abroad, and have been recognized and favored by governments and society at all times at the same time. The government of Ziyang High-tech Zone expressed its gratitude to our company for sending a team to visit Ziyang last week. In the follow-up, the municipal party committee and the municipal government will fully cooperate with the feasibility study on the investment in “outlets” project.
Zhang Ruilun, chairman of the board of directors, welcomed the visit of the leaders and their colleagues from Ziyang, and introduced the investment and construction of outlets projects at home and abroad to the leaders from Ziyang. Zhang Ruilun said that local governments have shown strong interest in outlets projects, and that with the central government’s increasing attention and impetus to the “urbanization process”, the advantages of outlets projects will gradually emerge. The outlets project integrates regional tourism and leisure resources to form a huge synergy; promote the cross-ladder development of urban commercial level; and improve the comprehensive level of local modern service industry, so as to improve the city’s function and enhance the image of the city.
