Yingkou, known as the city of “Oriental Trade Center” and “Shanghai outside Shanhaiguan”, is located in the center of Liaodong Peninsula and on the left bank of Liaohe River Estuary, which is the first port opened to the outside world in the modern history of Northeast China, and one of the birthplaces and issuing places of Dalong stamps. Yingkou is one of the important transportation nodes of the strategy of “The Belt and Road”, and is an important hub and international logistics center for the international sea and rail joint transport.
