Jincheng City, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shanxi Province, is located in the southeast of Shanxi Province and the border of Shanxi and Henan provinces. The whole city is located in the Jincheng basin with a total area of 9490 square kilometers, which is known as “the barrier of Hedong, the throat of the Central Plains and the gateway of Shanxi”.

Jincheng was the smelting capital in ancient times, and is the base of medium- and high-grade casting, electric power and animal husbandry in Shanxi Province. Here, Erlianhot-Guangzhou Expressway, Jincheng-Houma Expressway (Yangcheng-Yicheng Expressway), Lingqin Expressway and Ring Expressway are interwoven with national highway 207, and Taiyuan-Jiaozuo Railway, Jiafeng-Nanchenpu Railway and Houma-Yueshan Railway run through. It has national forest city, national garden city and many other honors.

The Project of Outlets in Jincheng is temporarily located at Baishui East Street, the urban area of Jincheng, with an area of about 60,514 square meters. The project site extends to X road in the east, planned Garden Road in the west, Xiangyun Street in the south and Baishui Street in the north. The project will be built into the first outlets commercial complex integrating micro travel and micro vacation in Jincheng.
